I tested the exp rates at mushrooms and at pigs using two different weapons: maplemas lights and maplemas tree. Advantages of maplemas lights: Higher walking speed Higher attacking speed Slightly higher min range (on average) Can use tree snails Advantage of maplemas tree: Much higher max range Higher average hit Much bigger physical range (can attack from further away) Equips and stats: Maplemas tree attack: 55 Maplemas lights attack: 43 Str: 207 dex: 30 int, luk: 4 For this test I used 8 speed, 0 jump shoes My min range with both weapons was 44 I trained for 1 hour for each weapon for each map MushroomMap walk pattern: Results: Maplemas tree: 90k exp /h Maplemas lights: 92k exp/h PigMap walk pattern: Results: Maplemas tree: 94k exp /h Maplemas lights: 93k exp /h Quite interesting to see that the best weapon can differ from map to map.

Spoiler It seems like I was walking int the wrong direction in the pig map, so I retested going the other way around: Results: Maplemas tree: 96k exp /h Maplemas lights: 101k exp /h going in this direction is a lot better, I think the results in the other direction (93k and 94) may have been within the margin of error, because in this new test, the maplemas lights are better. (I had less interruptions in this new test, so these results are more accurate than the previous pig test).
