Hi GMs,

I am posting this because I have some confusion over my stat window's range.
On 26th February 2026, I did a krex dps test and saw that my range was 20018 with VL pot, mw20 and Echo (as shown in screenshot below).




Recently, bowmasters's VL quiver has been buffed with +12wa. And Hero's rage has become a party buff that gives +12wa.
This means that if I were to use a gelt (+120wa), I should have more than 20018 range since the quiver buff+ hero's rage gives 24wa (gelt +24 wa = 144wa and VL pot gives 140wa)



However, I have been doing a lot of testing in bosses lately and found out that my range actually dropped to 19970 with gelt+ 12wa quiver buff + rage.

I was wondering if the GMs could enlighten me on why my range dropped when I essentially have +4wa more than my range shown in the first screenshot. I might have missed out something so please let me know.

 

You have the exact same dex in both screenshots, so something compensates for that golden leaf pendant (or you had last years pendant in the first ss). Still won't explain the difference in range ofc

Also thought xmax ring might impact it but your magic is the same in both ss so you didn't have that. Is there any temporary equips from summer event that I forget?

 

yes i realised that i still had the golden leaf pendant in the first screenshot so i edited accordingly. thank you.

no i did not do the xmas ring quest for the 1wa.

but it still does not make sense that i gained 4wa and somehow lost 48 range.

 

hi there, isnt a bowmaster related issue, its a known echo bug/glitch since the last balance patch:

Echo doesnt gives wa from att pots and stackable wa, i did the test on all my characs and indeed thats right.

Hi Dave ty and also if possible could you rename the title of the thread to issue with Echo’s buff/skill? I cant seem to edit the title by myself
