So I've been looking around seeing this is a common issue when downloading the game. I am a returning member after a little break , having issues though with getting MapleRoyals.exe to run through. When I install the game, I will get one of three things, side note, I have already disabled windows defender, Firewall, and excluded MapleRoyals file and folder on Windows defender. Also, no other Anti-Virus's installed on my PC. With all protections being shut off, I reinstall the game just for a safekeeping. 1) I will install the most up to date patch, 11-19, and that goes perfectly fine. Though, there will be some cases where the MapleRoyals.exe client won't even be in the folder. If that is the case I recheck all the quarantine files through Windows defender and it already shows it as previously restored. I uninstall the entire folder and attempt to reinstall when this happens. 2) The client will be there, I click it, nothing happens, no notification to run or anything like that, and the client will then go away after about 20 seconds. Nowhere to be found on the PC. I have reinstalled about 10 times trying different methods and have yet to get the client to both appear and load. I am usually tech-savvy but lost at this point and could use some help.
