Its been a long time since I've been on royals and I suggested a server wipe about a year ago, now im back to suggest another wipe since my first attempt didnt go thru, or possibly open another server that's completely fresh, even tho it would split the community in two, Yay or nay for a wipe bois? for those that want to keep their stuff until they die (inreal) you needa grow some balls Do I hear Server first zakum? Its because the ones that already quit doesnt read the forum obviously, the one replying is usually the ones that play.. Whats so funny with having almost everything and do nothing if you have played for years, half the server are just standing there afk, I mean you can brag about what you got over the years but it aint no fun, leveling together and everyone starting at the same level and build an economy is whats fun.
Imagine the hype when everyones level 1 and racing for certain server first achievements, would be sick, there are no hype anymore, it never will be, without an wipe. Also redoing PQS that hasnt been done years cause of lack of players in lower levels, Its very little attractive to begin for new players at a server where most people are level 100+
Do you have any evidence or statistics to support your claim? Is incredibly difficult to take your statement seriously at all. You do know what you are proposing is a serious and unreversible change to the server right? Hell yeah " The tone you are using is teasing and joking tone, it comes across as insincere and shallow to us, plus you highlighted the fact you just came back after your failed feedback thread about 10 months ago, even in that thread you said " ...I have been ON and OFF from maple for months and years...'', is hard for us to have any confidence in whatever you are saying when you have a history of being unengaged to the server, hence not having the full picture.
I guess another server would be the better option of the two, but not a good option regardless. A wipe would destroy everyone's progress and hard work that they've invested a bunch of time and effort in to, and wouldn't be fair to the people who have gotten as far as they have, or have been working as long as they have. A second server would be the better solution, but not a good one at all. I'd hypothesize that not a lot of people would join because of everyone wanting to stay on the original and keep their shit. Also, as you said, it'd split the community and make the Royals community smaller when really we would want it to be larger. Not to mention all of the additional work / staff needed to cover the additional platform. I think it'd be easier for you to just start your account over, rather than make everyone else do it too. Wipe. NO Make a new world to test how many ppl actually gonna feel motivated to re join, just to start over?. YES It would be a temporary solution tho... Quitters always going to be Quitters.... Wiping this server would kill the sick/loyal/adicted players, and maybe and just maybe atract those players who quitted due the lack of goals/motivation(and those who just want to feel special by ridicolous claming that, the only good contebt is that only a few ppl can do/known, for example, ht is only good if some ppl can do it, now pretty much everyone can do it, suddenly it sucks withouth being nerfed, I like this music band, no body knows about them*suddenly got famous* oh wth they suck now!) and that would atract them temporary. come every year pal,. WIPING IS NEVER GONNA BE THE ANSWER.
Good point, if there was a wipe, eventually it'd get to this point again, and you'd just have to keep wiping people's progress
Starting over? that's like starting over on a server with 0 players, there are almost no low levels, barely any pqs, thats just terrible.
wipe no new world yes if brings something unique mapleroyals it's mostly for fun then very litle for progress & "nostalgic" i know there is so many banned users that can't wait to spam YES for server wipe just to come back and laugh : look how server it's wiped and dead.... achivments hype you expect from back in the days wont come, things moves on also again it's mostly for social and fun those that growup with beatles know they wont hear same hype as before no matter what they do it wont be same as that period, sure there will be some that try make it seem good but it wont be same also those that are banned/quit/don't play often... etc etc... should not voice their opinions about server wipe
There are actually a lot of new servers that are starting up lately, you can have that exact experience over there. instead of your attempts at convincing a community that currently enjoys the server, you can go and have fun starting a community over there. Who knows, maybe one of the new servers will reach the top if an active group of players will push it enough and develop it. Currently i don't see any majority on this server demanding a wipe, that haven't changed in the past year. I personally think a new world will be cool, but maybe splitting a dwindling server will bring more problems than its worth.
