Moderate Jan 24 release client still won't open

I still can't open the client on my main computer, my laptop. Getting this error message: error code -2147467259 (Unspecified error)

I tried the troubleshooting steps from before--setting monitor to 60 Hz, setting resolution file to "false", nothing helps.

My desktop can run the client fine with the exact same antivirus settings, install settings, internet connection, OS, etc.

 

Adding system settings as requested. Please let me know if any other information would be helpful.

 

I got that error initially but I rebooted my PC and it worked.

 

Yeah, I rebooted a couple of times and it's working now too. Strange but hey I'll take it!
