A 10m coin that costs 11m to buy is still worth 11m even if it sells back to the npc at 10m. Most players would use them for buying high value items which is the whole point of them, and there is not tax on items when trading. So effectively the player paid no tax. Doubtful players would want to ever sell them to the npc in exchange for 10m unless they were desperate for the mesos.
But if you make the NPCs to tax over everything (buying or selling), would cover partially (if not over) the loss on that trades. And people still need mesos for smaller things, you can't scroll anything if you don't buy the 1~30m scrolls from the stores. Also, like Juco said, it could be a 100m coin, or even a 1b coin. Which would be only usefull for really expensive stuff.
It can't see it working out like you expect, because like I said very few people would NPC them and the vast majority would be kept in circulation for use only in trades, especially if they know NPC'ing them will result in a huge loss. It would need to be taxxed at the trade level, something like when you attempt to trade the item, you are forced to pay up X mesos to the tax man, but I'm not sure if that is a very graceful way to do it, and might be confusing.
And it would be pretty messed up if you could NPC a ws/cs for 10m less than what they are worth I presume.
I don't think you got what I mean with that last post. I know people would not NPC that coin after having it, but they will NPC other things. If you make that coin a 1b thing, it won't be usefull for many trades, only for the highest ones that we usually use WS/CS. So it won't affect that much the taxes that we have now. And making NPC tax over buying/selling will affect A LOT. Imagine each mage that NPCs 50m/hour from ulu having 5% less money from that. And each mage that buys 10m out of ginger ales in NLC also having to pay 5% more money for that. That would affect every npc, for every player, would be the hughest sink you ever made.

Example will be a NPC will send ou GM like warning notification at random RNG time between 1~2 hours to notify the current map owner to check in with the NPC. Then do a simple math in multiple choice or entering numbers. Something like this not sure how easy or if it's even possible.
These already exist in a few maps, but I believe were turned off on Royals a few months ago. I know there is one in wraiths map and I wanna say Roids. I believe there are others as well. Basically, the maps spawn an invincible monster that can only be killed once you talk with the NPC. The wraith monster is called Shade and you can only kill him after you talk with the streetlight npc. I'm sure more can be implemented easily at popular maps, however, adding it to each map would likely be incredibly tedious. I think most of the "intelligent" botters would try to go to unpopular maps to avoid running into someone anyways. But adding more npcs like this and turning the current ones on is worth looking into. Here's a video of how the bot-catcher works.

I just want a good spear cover and I'd gladly make one if it was possible to implement
This would be hard for many people to take part in due to how many images are required for all the different character stances... Not to mention the difficulty of positioning all of those images correctly in game.

Title of the idea: +HP% potion Purpose of the idea: Reduce the need for HP washing Details: Make custom potions that increases your total HP, like Hyper Body without the mp buff. Make various versions, 10%, 20%, 30%, etc. Make it pricey af, 20m per potion that lasts 15minutes. Good meso sink at the same time and decreases the need for HP washing.
