Not Bug Kenta's advice papers won't drop

    I've been hitting boxes for over 10 mins now and they were all empty, some additional details:
    1) Yes, I have taken the quest

    2) This is my pet:

    3) I have done Follow the lead already in case that's somehow relevant:

    4) I have tried abandoning the quest and taking it again

    5) I have tried multiple maps and multiple channels

    Am I missing something or is this actually a bug?

    They are incredibly rare, but they do drop. One character of mine has taken 20 minutes to fully complete, another has taken 2 hours. I've gone ahead and confirmed as well.
