Not Bug Kenta's Advice working without level 15 pets

    Hey I just completed Kenta's advice for all three of my pets (None of which are level 15) and now they all have the speed buff. Is this a bug? I was told by some friends that the pets need to be level 15 in order to be fast.

    its not a bug, you need 15 closeness, not level 15
