It got better. I sometimes dced before this issue at HT and NT. So I don’t know it’s completely fixed or not. it’s not perfect, but not bad.
Just a theory, I think maybe the ISP might be throttling you, either that or there isn't much peering between your ISP and/or its connectivity region and the server itself. NTT is known to have solid 1gbps gigabit fiber connectivity. Please give updating your motherboard drivers a go as you may be utilizing the integrated wireless that it has. Also if you have any other Network Cards, you should update the drivers of those cards in question. Also despite connectivity mediums, whether its cable or fiber, normally, Japan to USA latency is 100 ms base value unless it spikes due to instability.
