Facing the same problem like everyone else here, frequently disconnect every 3-5 mins. From Malaysia.
few pieces of information: there was a server check a week and or almost two weeks ago, which was intended to fix the channel 11 crash. the problem started occurring immediately after that server check. upon using skills, there's about a 0.5~1 second delay. upon npcing items, there's a double click delay. upon looting, there's about a 0.5~1 second delay. upon pressing up into a portal, there's about a 0.5~1 second delay. on my end, i've already tried: - using my various accounts and characters - restart router / modem, tried another router. - used a wire connection instead of wifi - switched laptops with different OS - switched compatibility modes - killed most processes running again, this issue isn't just related to the monsters being killed. there's also a delay when pressing up into portals. there's also a delay when looting each item. there's also a delay in NPCing items [takes almost two full minutes now]. as i understand it, higher ping usually indicates a latency issue, which makes sense since the result is delay. not saying the server check caused it, but prior to that point, there was no delay, however, after that server check there is a delay. i've conducted a ping onto mapleroyals.co, as well as the traceroute via cmd and MTR. the results are as shown below. You have over 250 ping so it isn't strange that you have a delay, that definitely doesn't look like a problem from here since you have that ping before you reach anything related to MapleRoyals. Have you talked to your ISP?

Spoiler finally found somewhere i could relate to this issue. i am having problem since like 4-5 days ago, randomly having unable to connect to server issue. I am not sure whats going on but i doubt its the server lag nor Regional issue as i have friends who don't face this issue during the same boss run even on the same Telcom, it happen too regularly so i decided to try VMware everything is running fine but the error is not going anywhere else. could something be done about it?

I've been experiencing major lag and constant disconnects since last night, to the point I've had to stop PQing. I've never had issues before last weekend. Basically there's a few second delay when killing mobs, looting, entering portals etc. and eventually disconnects after ~10 minutes. Tried everything from changing computers, operating systems 7 and vista, changing the MTU to 1458, reinstalling the game manually, winsock resets, computer restarts, router restarts. Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon, anybody else experiencing this since last weekend? Traceroute and Ping attached
It's unplayable for about a week. If i try to do the 1st zakum quests with the keys i am getting disconnected every time. If i leech i can be looged in for hours without dcing. This is ridiculous.

I tried doing Ludi PQ like 4 times but I disconnected during the PQ in all of them. It is impossible for me to finish an LPQ before getting disconnected during different points of the game. I played KPQ with few problems. When I used the MapleRoyals troubleshooting guide, it led me to here. Can anyone help me please?
