Completed Olaf 7 on bucc to reach 28.5k clean HP, and level 43 on my bucc bpq mule. Time for oldschool FoG grind this weekend.

 

Before I quit 6 years ago the only CS I ever used on atk gear went: -5, +1, -4 Only 3 times in my 4 years of playing.

Saved up 150b to begin my CS era of vengeance a few days ago. Started off -3 on a 9/5 cape, but then hit these bangers back to back:

Xanark 2-0 VS BWG's . Vengeance complete
Instantly doubled my CS funds from 150b to 300b.

Fully expecting to blow up my next 100b though + =

 

I leveled up my pet from level 26 to 27 just using milk and commands.


I failed 5 times to be able to pass Frostprey at 30

i finally finished gearing up my very special Total Crash mule! (except for its valentine's ring)

but why does this kind of mule need gear, and what makes it special? before i answer that, mentally prepare yourself for a ridiculous idea:

the job of a Total Crash mule is to simply stand still, without being knocked around by monster attacks, for as long as possible, to provide the Total Crash buff (known for its sometimes frustratingly short range). while Paladins already get access to two great skills (Power Stance, Guardian) which help tremendously, the next best way is to increase the character's avoidability by any means possible. the formula for avoidability for warriors is:

Avoid = DEX * 0.25 + LUK * 0.5

not including avoidability given by equipment. my idea was to leech this character to 141, where it can access all bosses which use weapon cancel (Zakum, Krexel, Horntail, Nibergen), while adding AP only to LUK, and to then gear up with avoidability equips.

here is the result:



its Avoid can be temporarily pushed further to 755 for 5 minutes with Bubble Gum, which is helpful for the right-side of Horntail. this character also has the potential to reach 30k HP and 1k MP, which is more than sufficient for all purposes (of course, it still can't survive touch damage from Horntail's Tail)

below is a detailed look at the equipment, and some notes about upgrades (not taking Chaos/White Scrolls into consideration).

Zakum Helmet (16 DEX, 16 LUK, 22 Avoid) + 10x Scroll for Helmet for DEX 100%

Possible upgrade: godly Targa Hat (LUK) + better Helmet for DEX scrolls

didn't feel like a long-term looting project
not worth relooting for 60/70% attempts (only +1 DEX more per slot)

Rat Mouth (7 Avoid) + 7x Scroll for Face Accessory for LUK 100%

clean perfect godly Rat Mouths are somewhat rare
better scrolls are significantly more expensive
* the 100% versions are actually difficult to farm though, dropping only rarely from Extra D

Ninja Toad Headband (3 LUK, 6 Avoid) + 5x Scroll for Eye Accessory for LUK 100%

Possible upgrade: godly Ninja Toad Headband + better Eye Accessory for LUK scrolls

didn't feel like a long-term looting project (and currently requires hb for toad)
better scrolls are significantly more expensive
* the 100% versions drop rarely from Genin, but may be available as people actually grind here

Icarus Cape (1) is very uncommon and difficult to farm, obtainable only as a random reward from a somewhat long, seldom completed line of quests

i got very lucky making these; it would be difficult to make a better glove without significant investment
unfortunately, Gloves as a category can't add much Avoid

Yellow Christmas Sock (1 LUK) + 2x Scroll for Shoes for DEX 30% + 5 Scroll for Shoes for DEX 100% (Event)

Possible upgrade: Yellow Christmas Sock (1 LUK) + better Shoes for DEX scrolls

Yellow Christmas Socks are slightly uncommon
good upgrade potential after hitting a few 30%
Snowshoes are also good, but the non-slipping effect makes repositioning more difficult

You know, a perfect Auf helm can give >100 avoid PLUS 87 dex and luk.

Amazing, I love this. Did you partially bloodwash? Next objective optimizing for defense to reduce potion usage xD?

I was thinking about avoid maxxing too for looting while magefarming

 

Just use a NL for looting and you're fine. That's enough avoid.

 

i didn't bloodwash (to maximize base LUK), but i did give it some base INT while leveling to get to 30k HP potential by 141

i'm not sure whether i'll actually wash all the way, but it does need more HP than what it has currently (~12k). there have been some instances where it's died from Horntail's Legs

i won't plan to level this character further, but i believe the defense thing is actually feasible. even just leveling to 151 to max Achilles would make a huge difference

 

Level 800! (1st BM, 2nd pally, 3rd bucc, 4th bishop)

 

After years of miwok event, I finally got a decent ring on my bucc;
6STR / 5DEX

The dex is nice because I had 113 dex with equips(now 115) (but my mon have 9dex 3att) so it's a safe spot for my lvl 110 DSC now (need 110dex)

 

29.2k clean HP on bucc!

And a great gach run: was hoping for 3 but ended up getting 6 in 676 tickets

 

Have been hunting mudkips for a few years now. Got this cutie instead....
