What did he say to the individual when she wouldn't share her instagram post? Was it a "sorry" or was it "Ur a bitch". I get to decide my opinion on what the intent is, based on social constructs and evidence provided. They can cry about it all they want, to make the assumption she did a racist gesture on the grounds of something undocumented, and is assumed purely on cultural ignorance is flat out a red herring. I have a user here who has visibly demonstrated a pattern, as two women have come forward regarding his attitude, lied and provided bad faith arguments to defend himself, intentionally.

You tell me who is more problematic to the community? Especially when the person the minority is complaining about recognized her mistake and corrected it.

It doesn't change the fact that she made it with offensive intentions, and she offended everybody that falls into that, which deserves a ban with or without any apology. What you think don't change any fact here.

We can all agree Raony, Sharon, and Shin are all in the wrong for things they have said. Don't forget Tim for mishandling the case (though we should not forget how much he has done for the server but should still look at this objectively.)

I want to learn about the statement you both have made where you have stated that "Monkey" in Brazilian is actually a racist term. I've only heard it used in a derogatory manner in a general sense but I've never heard it used in a specifically racist manner unless it was monkey chanting as stated by previous posts. I would really appreciate being educated about this, however the claims are a bit strange since I haven't seen the documentations of it being a racist term, and not just one documention, would like a few to reference from. It wasn't okay to say in the way they used it, of course, but I just want to learn a bit more about this.

I think we heard you enough repeating the same idea over and over and over. As I try to stay updated with this thread and the Staff feedback thread, all I see is your repeated cynical remarks toward Tim/Matt. Many of us agreed that there is a problem that needs to be addressed and we understand that you want TimK banned or resigned or gone because of power-abuse. But for the love of God, can you please post something new or refrain from repeating endlessly because it's not adding anything constructive to the ongoing discussion. Most of the other frequent posters actually reply with logical rebuttals to subjected points instead of expressing their endless perturbance on a specific individual.
