My goal is just to feel relaxed and enjoy playing. The nostalgia of this game gives me a comfortable feeling. I find the repetitive pressing of keys and watching dozens of monsters die over and over very soothing. I also play while reading something boring. It makes it easier to concentrate.
Its funny because all of my housemates (and quite alot of other people) know that I play royals even though none of them have every touched Maplestory
Finally someone who understands human's....... /slowclap for you buddy, we are the most selfish/self loving animals on the planet (even more than cats) P.s Don't go stating your point of view on things around here, it just causes trouble ive noticed.
I play MapleRoyals....for the Party Quests. No seriously, for Party Quests. They're the most fun I had in any online game (among free MMORPGs I've played anyway) They're rewarding, fun to play, requires cooperation, and can meet new friends this way.
@Pleiades you seem like a very sad person who can't see anything but the dysfunctional things. I'm sorry you see the world this way, I used to as well, but I'm glad I turned it around. I hope you can too! Maple in general is fun because of what you can do, it's goofy and questing is giving the game more of a goal. I do miss the quests and story from post BB, because they tied together so many things! I play for the late night "what the hell am I doing" and because I have real life friends who also plays. I also love things related to market and economy, here I can experiment and have fun with it!
