Character Name: JuniusCaesar Where are you having an issue(s): In-game Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT): 04:00~04:30 (happened multiple times) Details of the issue: There is no problem logging in, choosing the world, choosing my character and entering the PIN. However, the moment I enter the PIN and the character loads, I see the brief image of the map (only map, with no objects nor characters loaded) and then gets a black screen. From there, the program either automatically shuts off or gets stuck there. Sometimes, maybe once in every 10 times or so, I get logged in successfully, only to get black screen triggered again by some random actions. So far, talking to an NPC, moving to a new map, and exiting from the cash shop have triggered the black screen; it is quite random. Anyways, whenever this gets triggered, the whole process repeats itself: log-in, black screen, close the program and try again...sometimes it works, then pretty soon get black screen again with some random trigger. I realized that this gets triggered with my other characters as well, so this is not character-specific issue. I am logging in from South Korea if that helps. Yes I did completely remove my previous version and installed the latest version of MapleRoyals. Yes I tried removing the game and reinstalling it. Last time I played was early August I think.
