I traded with my in game spouse a Premium Cathedral Ticket to get married but after the trade the item somehow got destroyed. I don't know why this happens but it only happens when I trade her. Is it cause we are on the same home wifi network? IDK but either way we have to wait at least 2 more days because this bug. PLEASE GMs fix this bug. Its happened with an equip before, a Chair I tried giving her, and now a wedding ticket that she was trading to me.
Can you provide details of all of the items lost? Such as the equip and chair lost, what are the names?
The chair and equip its been a while I think the chair was black seal cushion and the equip was Brown Bamboo Hat, all I really want back is the Wedding ticket though cause that was 14k nx. Also is there any thing I can do to prevent this glitch from happening?
Will forward your situation to the Admins for investigation, refund will be given once confirmed NX items sometimes may disappear in trade as they weren't meant to be tradable initially, so some bugs may occur once in awhile, not possible to just prevent it occuring
Could you also provide IGNs of the affected character? The trade was from which character to which character?
I understand with the nx items that may be, but the chair and the hat? Why would the bug occur there? Could it have something to do with the fact we are on the same home network as well? I've never experienced this when I trade other maplers, just when I trade with my spouse.
ScrumDee traded to me, Scova, the Premium Cathedral Wedding pass or whatever its called from the Cash shop, I traded her some equips back but she got those, it was only the nx item that was lost. It happened around 20 minutes before my initial thread post if the time helps any
Have also included the info of your Brown Bamboo Hat and Black Seal Cushion disappearing It's extremely rare for normal items to just disappear, will wait and see what the Admin says
Okay as I've said I don't care for the other two things cause they happened a while ago but the nx item was the reason I went through the length of making a post about the issues. I will wait patiently for the admin to confirm and decide how to move forward. Thank you for replying quickly to my issue
Its been 2 days and wondering if Admin has looked into my issue, I'm worried that the longer you guys wait the harder it will be to investigate and give me back what was rightfully mine
No cause I haven't been playing in the mean time. It's been like 2 months since I originally had the issue lol
