I greatly dislike the, "there's already enough to do" argument and rather the server move in a direction where there is just a world FILLED with nostalgic content. I would love for this pq to stay at its original form and be implemented in the game. Exp/rewards may need to be adjusted for balance but the level range is fine. I would focus on the IDENTITY of each PQ instead. This gives diversity to each pq and still have reason to do it so it's not just one content reigning supreme over the other. CPQ 1/2. Complete rework to PvP content. Little to no exp gain for Mobs. Only rewarded with exp/items with winning. Not a leech location any longer. OPQ - Wristband of goddess should be buffed and bonus stages of PQ as well. This gives incentive to participate for the reward of a potential best in slot item for new players and obtainable tokens of friendship. LMPQ - Turn it into the "meso making" PQ. Increase ciders drop rates and buff the rewards pool for the PQ. Leave the exp trash if it's the meso making PQ. Add a daily run limit so you can't do it all day on one character. Like APQ. So then if Balrog PQ is implemented, it has a purpose and would be used those items it gives are awesome and it's VERY fun. Along with these other changes I think the player activity of content would be more spread out instead of focused on just what gives most exp.
50/70 chars don't even have the acc to hit a regular or a crimson balrog, the level range/rewards makes no sense already, it would be way more fun as a higher level pq, or end game 180+. Remember nexon was trying to get their players to level asap, because higher, more end game oriented content is infinitely replayable. There is a ton of content for 1-100, and a lot of it is already fading. More low content competes with all of it, and when it's such early levels, it's really easy to just level out of range and it's over. Also everything you suggested is not vanilla nostalgia, it's all totally changed/reoriented lol, so saying bpq needs to be low level (but also changed) is kinda redundant. EPQ was appropriately bumped in level range, and had additional content tweaked for all these reasons, I just don't think the 50-70 range is the healthiest or appropriate for this one I think it's a perfect 90~130 pq, same exact mechanics, locks 4th job skills (and meso explosion still) but just way harder. or super end game hard 200+, or 190+, gives it much more replayability (locks multiple / random job's lol, already posted lots of reward concepts, shoulder pads, 100% cs and it's fragments)
I mean, yea you right too. As long as it got implemented I would be pretty happy regardless of the how. Lol don't come at me about nostalgic or custom stuff at least I'm trying a little to stick to script and not go berserk with the custom content. Trying not to make Joong work so damn hard, unless him and the team are all for more custom content again. It worked so well with Ellin that I can't argue much against more custom content.
