I personally am not against reducing the respawn time of Crimson Trees. However, I don't think that there would be a significant decrease in the respawn time. I find it curious that multiple people have pointed to the Crimson Arclancer and how time consuming it is to craft, yet no one has proposed decreasing the crafting requirements as an alternate compromise. Wouldn't this preserve the challenge of getting all 5 Crimson Tree cards for the monster book, while also easing up on what seems to be the main concern? I myself have often wondered if the effort required to craft this bow is proportional to the reward. Does anyone have a reasonable proposition for a new respawn time, or a reduction in crafting requirements? If so, please include a detailed justification for your choices.
I'm not sure if a hard farm of 300 woods and fucking 75 typhon feather worth for a bow with 110 att(max) + 8 dex (I believe max dex is 10 or 11 or I'm on crack) + extra hp, fast attack speed and less STR than Nisrock and Dragon Shiner Bow to wear, if was me, I would reduce the craft requirement to 50 typhon feather and 150 or 200 woods and keep the rest. I understand why you need so many woods and feathers to craft and I see some reasons why should keep the same quantity than reduce, for example you need less STR than nisrock and shiner bow, on godly system u can get 110 att + 8 dex (10/11 maybe, I need answers) and extra HP for weak BMs like me, but you get it after a lot of tries or on first try with an insane luck, remembering you can get something better than a nisrock like 105+ and dex extra. It's hard to find any point that can explain why the craft quantity item should be reduced, but the only thing I was looking for was reduce the spawn rate time for crimson tree and now after a long time of farm, increase the drop rate for typhon feather.
When I farm 2 maps with 20 channels, normally total take me 22 ~ 25 mins and get about 80~90 woods from every spawn
Respawn time for Crimson Trees, Homunscollo and D. Roy have been reduced in Update 86. Good luck on Arclancer crafting!
