Nostalgic means different things to different people. You do know they already had guides for maple back in the day right? First thing I do when I play any game is read up on it. I had my job advancement guides ready as soon as I hit lvl 70. Too bad they didn't release 3rd job until I was way past 70 lol. I still keep in touch with tons of people I met on maplestory back in 2008. We've even had meet ups. Shit, I married one of them. I can't personally think they were close friends if you lost contact with them because you don't play the same game. I no longer keep in touch with any of my friends from high school or childhood. Meanwhile friends who live thousands of miles away I still talk to weekly and try to meet up with yearly. It's called putting in the effort. I still have friends from Halo 2 and the first multiplayer splinter cell on xbox that I chat with at least a couple times a month.
