    Matt by any chance do you need to connect the i.p to the client? the likes of Extalia and other pservers that i have tried always have a .dll with there client which has the i.p input, this way its like it auto-dials the host or some shit lol

    the IP of the server is hex edited into the MapleRoyals.exe. which is how it is managing to get to the login screen now after i fixed the ports issue.

    Now what is happening is that the only account that can get past the login screen is the Admin account, every other account freezes/sticks at the login button. It seems like it shoud be quite simple to fix...

    i cant even get to log in screen? i needa do something? like delete some other pservers?

    EDIT: Meaby cus matt is doing something? :S lol stupid me :D

    Well matt(vongoladecimo) didnt delete his other versions of gms from control panel properly and it messed up wen he tried loading up v62. so i think having other gms files might be bad xD

    deleting the current database because im trying a difference source, found a nice one. hopefully this will make it easier somehow.

    All i can suggest is, if you have v62 still in your downloads, then remove all maples off your comp that are pserver/gms related. then re-install v62 from your dl section then put the mapleroyals.exe back into the v62 file and then check if it loads fine.

    Figured out I have a too new version of Java. Need to download an old version.

    There is no issues to do with client sided firewalls! dont worry about your firewalls!
