What I can say is that, based on everything mentioned here, it very much so looks like Bezeq having some network issues. The fact that it 'just started', and that other players (myself included) are facing zero issues with the game's networking tells me that it can't be something related to the server.

As a test, could someone who is affected by these network issues run a WinMTR test, using 51.68.205.179 as the IP address to test against? This will tell me exactly where the issue lies within the many 'pipes' between you and the server. Simply download that software, run it, input that IP address, and click start. Allow it to run 100 tests (which you can tell from the 'Sent' column), then take a screenshot of the program and post it here.

Ip for the ISP to do a test ping and check any clogged "Pipes" as @Karven said to unclog them

Ok I understand now, it makes sense.
Also I just talked with Bezeq and they actually told me there's a going problem not only with Royals but Fortnite as well.
Bezeq is the problem guys, not royals.

did they say that something in their company went wrong and are working to solve it? (as in problem with them), or did they say they have a problem with Royals? (as in a recent problem with this server).
I mean could it be really a coincidence? that one second before the patch its all good and one second after the patch everything crashes and laggy ? just seems weird to me.
but if thats the case and it really is Bezeq..well dayum the server gonna be israeli empty for a while, THEY SLOW AF.

I logged in at 5 am today after reinstalling the patch and everything was good.
Problems started by 11 am or so

nahhh...it will eat my package, also not really stable for bossing and such, unfortuntly its also not a solution for all the other israelis, I'mma just wait to get proper aid from Bezeq, prolly everyone else aswell...

Okay guys, Update from me, I've done nothing new and it seems to be working just fine now with Bezeq. (maybe they are faster then I thought lol), enjoy!

So, just got off the phone with Bezeq.
Apparently Fortnite had a massive update (again) and that's affecting all outgoing PING requests to countries outside of israel.
Happens every frigging time.
Rep said around 1-2 hours till it gets fixed. estimated
