Open Missing quest "Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes" for the end of the Magatia questline.

Problem: The quest from Alcaster "Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes" doesn't show up.
Details: I was doing the final part of a Magatia questline, where you can choose to give the etc item "Dran's note", to three different npc's. As im trying to complete all quests available, i chose to drop the "Dran's note" etc item, to start the drop-quest "Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes", from Alcaster in El Nath. However, the quest doesn't show up. At this point i already did the drop-quest 2 times, because there's a drop-quest available for each following quest: "For Zenumist", "For Phyllia" and "For Alcadno".

Since i have no way of re-acquiring the quest item, i can't continue the next quest - which would really suck, when im trying to complete ALL quests.
I'm hoping to get the item "Dran's note", or have the option to do the whole quest again.

In the screenshot below, you can see how the 3 quest are in my "Available" tab, there is no "Dran's note" in my inventory, and Alcaster doesn't have to quest "Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes" available.

I believe the idea is that you only have to have 1 of the 3 quests as "available" for you to get that quest's respective "Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes" quest. Otherwise, I don't know how the game reacts.

So try forfeiting them until you only have 1 available - then repeat for the remaining 2. (Yes, you do need to go back to Magatia each time. Yes, it is annoying.)

 

Yeah i tried that, multiple times with each different "For x" quest active. As you can see in the screenshot, no new quest for a new "Dran's note".

Yeah, so to clear it up.

I've done the questline "Dr. De Lang's Notes", which opens 3 new quests "For Phyllia", "For Alcadno" and "For Zenumist". I had not finished either of the three quests.

In this guide of missable quests by Inusama, there is 3 missable drop quests related to this point in the questline. From the guide:

Following this, you should be able to get the 3 missable drop quests, which i can confirm. I will attach a screenshot of 3 different drop-quests "Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes", in my completed quests tab.

The problem is that i might have dropped the etc item one too many times, which seems to not make me able to do the drop-quest again.
I have done all other drop-quests up until this point on my character, and have in several instances done the drop-quests multiple times to make sure (this does not increase number of total quests done). This is the first time i've seen a repeating of a drop-quest not showing up, hoping that this therefore would be regarded as a broken quest/unintentional feature.
