Not Bug Skill Mounting Up Disables Power Guard

    I noticed when I have power guard on, and I mount up on my silver mane. the power guard just disappears. I don't think it's intended and if it is, it really feels bad in bosses.

    This is intentional, I think to prevent you from damaging and aggroing enemies when running through on a mount.
