Hi, Yesterday I created a character for my gf's nephew (she is 8 years old). I created it in my own account, now, because she wants to play again and I dont know for how long shes gonna be interested in playing, and I dont want to violent account sharing, I want to check if its possible for you to move her new character (lvl 8) to a new account? or can she still play in my account just without voting? im opening the game for her anyways, so ill always be with her when she plays.. IGN of the account Bell206, new character name - CookieKyla
Hi, The situation described would violate several sections of the MapleRoyals Terms & Conditions, so I would like to clarify the following: Allowing another person to play on your account/character is considered account sharing. Being physically present while another person plays on your account does not exempt the situation from the account sharing rule. The minimum age requirement to play MapleRoyals is 13 years old. Additionally, please note that we do not perform character transfers between accounts. Please review the Terms & Conditions again: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/mapleroyals-game-terms-conditions.86769/
What can I tell an 8 years old girl that wants to play the game? I never thought there's a minimum age, otherwise I wouldn't have let her play
As stated in our Terms & Conditions: Age Restrictions In order to register a game account, you must be over the age of 13 and otherwise have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to terminate any game accounts that are found to be in breach of this clause without notice. We understand that you may not have been aware of this previously. However, players are expected to review the Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with the game.
So there is no valid way of her playing mapleroyals because of her age? Nothing can be done? No way to be absolved from this specific rule? I mean...I just don't know what to say to her
As the minimum age requirement to play MapleRoyals is 13, we are unable to make exceptions or grant exemptions from this rule. We understand this may be disappointing, especially since there was no ill intent involved. However, we still have to enforce the Terms & Conditions consistently for all players.
Since it's on your account, she will never be allowed to play it, so it depends on if you care about playing that character yourself. In 5 years she'll be allowed to make her own account and play on it, but it'll have to be a separate account/character. If she's very attached to the name you might want to keep that char for 5 years to prevent other people from grabbing it (and delete right before she makes her character so it's available then), but it's likely that by then she'll want a different name.
