I don't think redtubes' nor your bans are unjust. In the former, I agree with the reasoning in Tim's post that you quoted. In the latter, I agree that solicitation of RWT is covered under rules 19 and 28 that Hampa quoted and solicitation of RWT is not one of the unsaid rules I talk about below.

I am posting because I agree with you on what I quoted. I believe there are rules on this server that are not covered under the Terms and Conditions. These unsaid rules are instead defined in unofficial threads like ban appeals and feedback threads such as this. It's unjust to ban someone for a rule not explained in the Terms and Conditions. This is not to say such a person should be unbanned or be given a lesser sentence. All people who break the same rule(s) should be given the same punishment(s). But staff have to clarify exactly what is and is not allowed. To say that you don't want the Terms and Conditions to be too long is not an excuse. All players are expected to read and understand the Terms and Conditions because it is the one official place you can point to and say that we should all know the rules. When someone breaks a rule outlined in them, their ban is justified. But to ban someone for camping boss maps on more than one character (a rule defined in a feedback thread and clarified in buddy chat of all places) and the best justification is that the ban falls under:

Engage in rude, unlawful, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable behavior, including, without limitation, looting, kill stealing, making sexual comments; Punishment: 1st offence - 3 day ban, 2nd offence - 7 day ban, 3rd offence - permanent ban

is ridiculous.
