Closed MY account banned part 2

(my previous appeal was denied because I shared accounts said GM SHANE, but I have never done it, and he closed my case without being able to explain, I ask for another investigation because I am not guilty of the accusations that they says)

friend I have never shared a computer with them, I have said that I play in several Internets, because my job is to provide services to several locations in my district, so I always carry a USB with updated mapleroyals, to be able to play in the nearest internet that have of my work, I have said that I played with them in maple royals, in the game, because I repeat it if I remember their names, someone does not forget a name of someone with whom they play, but I have never played in person with them, I do not remember who they are, I only remember their names as of several with which I played inside mapleroyals

I have coperated in everything they ask me and even then I am banned, I do not understand what that is, I beg to reopen my case, because I am banned a acoount mindless , and then all my accounts, ¿what happen here?
