Closed New character/New account rollback issues [Read me]

I just experienced a similar issue. Made a new character today - leveled up to level 24.
Went AFK while logged into the game server. I came back after an hour or so to find a "Cannot connect to server" message, and I was on the login screen.
My character is now level 6 again; all stats and inventory were reverted to that point... Entire day of gameplay gone instantly.

This needs to be resolved - because I have no desire to play on a server where I fear that I will lose my character every other day.

Other details: I made the character. And without logging out, I leveled up to 27(If I remember correctly). And also the character(when it reached lvl 9) traded twice with another character. It lost traded int gears, some other gears and the whole amount of mesos traded. It also spent some cash money to buy pets and pet equips.

Question for everyone affected: Have you had the rollback happen more than once?

 

Cannot say that yet, because I did not play it again.
I'll go through the Maple Island Magician Hell again now and reply later if I get another rollback

Update: I lvled to lvl 13 again and relogged. No rollback so far, gonna check it in some hours again.

Update: Still no 2nd rollback, i am lvl 21 now.

It was lvl 13 or 14. I DCed, relogged and found him lvl 5 standing next to Rain in Amherst.

Lost a few m.att pots. Not a big deal, but I do want 7 cheese back (220 m.att).
Lost:
7 int wooden wand x1 (ZenoMule),
6 int 10 m.att 3 slot Amethyst earrings x1 (HackerSI),
14 int bathrobe (Zenoooo),
11 int 8 m.att red marker (Zenoooo).
The equipments were in the chars listed in the parentheses, and traded to PiPiWang when he was lvl 8.

Another 6 chars of mine didn't roll back tho.

Another char rolled back too.

i lost 16 or 12 sets of illbis. 3 maple claw. 1 skanda. 1 pyrope claw. a few dragon sleeve. 7 int wand. 13 int bandana. 13 int bathrobe (male) and 50M. all items were transfered to this account but all gone. and a 4 int earring. just remembered a 12 luk bathrobe (i know not alot but yeah)

 

Not experienced more than one rollback until now.

I created a new character today and reached lv.18, and the next time I logged in, it is lv.5.
The voting system never recognized this character as over lv.15, just guessing there could be some synchronizing issue in the database.

Any other details: Ended up level 6 at maple island, the transferred items/mesos gone. First rollback so far.

 

I made another character to level 10 (on the same account that was affected by another roll back on another character), changed it to a warrior, and logged off right before Sunday when Channel 1 was broken and everyone started to get stuck. After logging back in (since my main account got stuck that night), I noticed that the character rolled back to lvl5, same settings.

After the server restart (?) the next day, it seems to have revert that character back to level 10, warrior, and logged at the correct location where I last left off.

I don't see any connections to find the error, but maybe it's job advancement/in-game play, or maybe it's a server-sided/coded error.

IGN: Interpolate

Problem: My new character (level 8) was rollbacked after I logged out and back into it

Details: I created this new account today (Interpolate) to make a bishop, and after reaching level 8 I went to ellinia to start training and transferred (through the bank) the following items:
- 70 million mesos
- a 13 int 0 slot bathrobe
- 6 int 15 attk lvl 8 wand

I later logged off and logged back in and I found myself at level 6, back in Amherst... I went back on my main who initially had all the items that were in the bank (Integrals) and the items are really gone... the only things I really care about is the cash and the robe help
