The glimmerman quest it is used for is lv 10 + and gives 64k exp, you can get a char from lv 10-18 by just turning that quest in, might make it worth something.
alright well that is reassuring, im guessing you can still abuse this quest if you have a bunch of White Versal Materia since its repeatable?
