Right, so then I'm not sure why he said "it also is not dexless if that is what you mean" because I was talking about Night Raven's Claw being a new endgame equip.

Sorry I might be wrong, I just assumed since you upgrade it using a ravens claw (that requires dex for usage), it does indeed sound like it will make the hermit life a lot easier.
