The shop name clearly reads "ZOMBIE BUNDLE"

    Yeah it co
But bundle could also imply he’s selling multiple stacks of zombie teeth which he is though? Usually shop scam is something like listing 1 for 20k and the rest for 200k or like trying to hide an event scroll as the same price while selling a white scroll too

Do you genuinely think that someone selling zombie teeth individually in a store named "ZOMBIE BUNDLE" at 10,000% of its market value intended to make a good-faith sale?

he obviously knows but having extremely high prices and selling them individually isn’t considered as “scamming”. You can call it scummy or deceitful but it’s not scamming. One of the first posts here even states shop scamming is setting them as “regular” price and then putting others as different

No, that post specifies their personal definition of a bundle shop scam as "trying to trick people into buying individual items for bundle prices." Which the person being reported clearly did. They offer the varied pricing method you mentioned as one example of a bundle shop scam.

Merriam-Webster defines a scam as "a fraudulent or deceptive act." If anything, this example displays much more of an intent to fraud or deceive than the usual cases of bundle shop scamming. When I managed the blacklist, the reason I allowed people to request a removal from the blacklist for a first-time offense is because it is within the realm of possibility that someone had accidentally added an extra zero when pricing one item while adding all of their inventory to their store--as unlikely as that may be. But this person intentionally listed each individual item at its bundle price while explicitly claiming to be selling them in a bundle in their store name.

Not that any of this even matters because that character is clearly a mule.

I get what you're saying, but if we considered this as a shop scam, then what's the difference between this person and others false labelling like for example stating S> Perfect RC when it is only a 10 luk 55 attack instead of being perfect or where people are like 1 million meso shop and nothing is 1 million. Those shouldn't warrant being on the blacklist too either

Claiming to be selling a perfect RC in your store that does not have max LUK/ATT stats and listing it at market value is a form of shop scam in my opinion, yes. Things like "1 million meso store" is different because people reasonably understand those to be a form of advertising given the cultural popularity of franchises such as Dollar General and Poundland. But for the record, there have been (unsuccessful) lawsuits against dollar stores for false advertising that purports to exploit people's misinformation.

More importantly, at that point, you might as well be asking why we enforce action against any scam then. Buyer beware, no?

    REASON: Looting NX from Zak
DETAILS: Before entering Zakum Altar I mentioned all the "ground rules" which included the EoF drop turns, yet she still looted NX drops from Zak (2 5k's), "afked" afterwards in Zakum Altar and logged off before the timer ended.

I'm wondering the same thing. While GM gonna maintain the community healthy, why don't scammers get ban without evidence? Lol

The same reason why we unban people-- lack of evidence. When I say lack of evidence I mean 9/10 times it's too old and our records aren't that far back, or a video recording got cut off too early, etc.

You can't ban someone without proof, that should be common sense. If you want something to be done, get evidence. Otherwise like Tect said you can just get your guildies and friends and fabricate a bullshit story to get people banned.

Oh, my bad that using wrong word. I mean, ban without someone report.
I'm surprised tat with all screenshots from this thread, they worthy to be in list of community blacklist, but they r not gonna get ban for that? Just because no one is reporting?

I'm actually sick of seeing same fella scamming over and over again and their ign appeared here from time to time, with/without screenshot/video .

    reason for blacklisting: leech scam
details: me and a friend were buying skele leech, we each paid 60mil/hour for two hours so 240mil total. he started leeching then 15 minutes later he leveled up, said "ty", left the party and logged off, still hasn't logged back in. i have a phone recording of him just jumping around the map not hitting anything and wasting time, also a screenshot took in leafre (when i thought about taking a screenshot) of him saying "ty" and leaving. he is from "crew" guild.
