New user; Installed game and absolutely nothing happens

    Basic specs:
    Windows 10 ver 1803
    Lenovo Yoga

    Issue:
    When I click the MapleRoyals.exe nothing happens. By "nothing" I mean: Control panel shows no increased activity. It's like clicking a shell.

    So far I have...

    Passed DL page torubleshooting guide
    Marked as exception to antivirus

    Tried running as admin, tried running both .exe found in game folders as admin
    Restarted and repeated steps multiple times in different orders.

    Is there something obvious I missed? Help!
