ign:YouMyth Level: 11 So i was trying to see if i can get exp on a level 11 trying to make facestomper. Seems I got a notification that i gained 128000 exp, but didn't actually level. Is this a bug, or does it have a level restriction?
The max exp a character can acquire per instance is 199.99%. Because you are receiving such a large amount of exp at a low level, you have leveled once but are 1 exp away from leveling. So you need to go and kill any mob, even a snail, to level 2nd time.
