Moderate Not getting Dark Token after winning Gauntlet

As chat log shown, I won the match but didn't get any Dark Token.
When I clicked the NPC, it just warp me out the map without giving Token.

 

Did you have space in your inventory for the dark tokens?

 

Yes I did

 

Do you remember what rank (i.e., Novice+, Apprentice... etc) you achieved at the end?

 

When I clicked the NPC, he warp me out straight without showing chat window. So I can't exactly tell which rank I am, but should be either Expert, Expert+, or Master.

Also I DC during the middle of last round, the gap i reenter again is only few minutes, not sure if this affected.

No I can't, what I mean was the last round I dc was many many hours ago. I didn't relolg and went to sleep after I dc.
Then today when I relog, I was in the other map (the map that if you dc during jq). So I click the NPC to go out.
Also another match is starting soon, so I went in again and start new match, then this happened.

However I've tried another round just now and I can get Token after winning. So the situation only happened once for me.
