Als je geen melding hebt ontvangen dat je stem succesvol was uitgebracht op Gtop100, is het waarschijnlijk dat iemand anders op hetzelfde IP-adres vandaag (UTC) al heeft gestemd op Gtop100.

In dat geval kun je proberen opnieuw te stemmen via een ander netwerk, zoals mobiele data.

Let op: Doe dit alleen als je daadwerkelijk niet kon stemmen omdat er eerder die dag al vanaf jouw IP-adres was gestemd. Gebruik dit niet om meerdere keren op één dag te stemmen, aangezien dit wordt beschouwd als Vote Abuse.

Even if you are the only MapleRoyals player or the only person voting in your household, most ISPs assign dynamic IP addresses, meaning your public IP can change over time. As a result, it is entirely possible for another person using the same ISP to be assigned the same IP address and have already voted on Gtop100 earlier that day (UTC).

(For reference, I have a static IP assigned by my ISP, which never changes, and my votes on Gtop100 consistently go through successfully.)

Regarding your other question, we are unfortunately unable to provide logs showing whether your account has received NX from previous votes. We can only recommend that you monitor your NX balance after each successful vote to ensure the 8,000 NX has been credited to your account.

 

You may vote again for today (UTC) if your previous vote did not went through, there isn't a need to wait 24 hours

 

Het lijkt erop dat er een misverstand is ontstaan over mijn eerdere uitleg, dus ik zal in het Nederlands antwoorden.

De melding die je ziet, wordt veroorzaakt doordat het IP-adres dat je momenteel gebruikt vandaag (UTC) al is gebruikt om op Gtop100 te stemmen. Je kunt daarom opnieuw proberen te stemmen via een ander netwerk (ander IP-adres), bijvoorbeeld via mobiele data.

Als je stem succesvol is uitgebracht, zal de MapleRoyals-website "You Have Already Voted For Today" tonen in plaats van "Click Here To Vote".

Je kunt ter referentie de onderstaande screenshots bekijken van hoe een succesvolle stem eruitziet.

I had closed it because I believed I had already provided an explanation regarding the issue and assumed that you had tried voting again using a different network.

However, it appears there was a misunderstanding regarding my previous replies. As such, I will keep this thread open while we continue to look into your issue.

 

Ja, de MapleRoyals-website geeft aan dat je nog kunt stemmen, omdat je vorige stem niet succesvol is verwerkt.

Als je stem op Gtop100 wel succesvol is, zal daar "Thank you for voting!" worden weergegeven, zoals te zien is in mijn screenshot.

Let op: Zodra een IP-adres die dag (UTC) al is gebruikt om op Gtop100 te stemmen, kan er vanaf datzelfde IP-adres niet opnieuw worden gestemd. Het is daarom mogelijk dat iemand anders eerder die dag hetzelfde IP-adres heeft gebruikt om op Gtop100 te stemmen.

Aangezien je op dit moment geen ander netwerk kunt gebruiken, raad ik aan om het later opnieuw te proberen zodra je wel toegang hebt tot een ander IP-adres, bijvoorbeeld via mobiele data.
