I lost many items and I think that we should be compensated more than 15k nx. (I lost approximately 30k nx)
Will there be any compensation for users like myself who lost many event NX items? You cannot buy these in the cash shop.
Yes like I said in a previous post you will need to open a thread about your particular issue so we can investigate it.
As i log in yest, i found almost all my nx bought from cash shop was deleted but the donator nx was still intact.. Mayb different account differ in the deletion, but i don't think the donator nx was affected.. For the compensation, i think its hard to sastify all that have lost the nx.. Maybe Matt u could try compensating us equally based on the amount of characters actively on each account, not forgetting some have mules which are not actively in game.. So to be fair for the actively accounts pls compensate as per each character.. Just my opinion, open to suggestions, just hope Matt might consider it cheers..
Another solution to the issue I think in addition to the 15k nx, discounting all items in the cash shop will also be helpful. Maybe like 20%-30% off for the next week or two? What do you guys think?
I'm not sure if I got compensated but I think so (I have been voting without being that active on the server). I just wanna say that I wasn't online when this happend and stuff still got removed from me.
That makes me, you, and I'm sure a lot of other people. Unfortunately it seems we'll just have to deal with it. EDIT: Not trying to come off as ungrateful, btw. The compensation covered more than just my NX so I have no right to complain.
I understand that you've dealt with the compensation already, but would it have been possible to credit the accounts with Maple Credit/Maplepoints rather than prepaid and disable the purchase of Gachapon tickets and AP Resets using Maple Credit/Maplepoints as a way to still compensate people accordingly (because imo, 15k nx definitely isn't enough. It might cover half an outfit for some people) while not giving people the ability to ruin the economy by going on a Gach/AP spree?
It would be better if you made the threads now so that we can take care of them sooner rather than later.
Can't speak for anyone else, but it's probably going to take me at least a week to figure out what I lost (and which items I'm able to buy again from the Cash Shop!) as there was so much lost, spread across all my characters! I do know for certain that I did not receive any NX compensation on one of my accounts (ChibiDK's account) where items where lost. John (or Matt), when you get chance, could you pm me on the forum with the amount I was compensated on each of my non-GM accounts so I can figure out what's compensation nx and what's nx from voting, please? I tend to vote on one account for a few weeks, then on one of my other accounts for a few weeks, so it's pretty hard for me to keep track of what's what.
