    Problem: I bought 3 of a cash shop item to sell for meso but didn't realize it was untradable. Can I get a refund for these?

    Details: Someone wanted 3 "Baby Nero's Ball of Yarn" so I bought for them not noticing it was untradable. They're sitting in my inventory now and I don't need them. Is there any way to refund these?
