I am so glad I waited for 8 days to get such a professional reply in which you use your abilities as a GM to the fullest. Lets look at the points we have so far in this appeal 1. You claimed I was attempting to sell my bow and dps on real world trading site - I straight up denied whole thing, nor had I ever visit any RWT sites. I asked you to compare the stats of the items and the time dates of the thread/post to the creation date of my items to see if theres any match. You ignored this in the next post. 2. You asked why I was buying another sleeve - This question was irrelevant and you could have easily checked this by yourself. I provided you with sufficient evidence to disprove your claim. 3. You asked me to run through all the big items I've made - I provided you information about every single item I made and also answered your next question about whether I sold them for ws/cs or not. 4. This is where you state the reason for my ban. The whole ban seems to be because I am from finland, I was online and own two godly items. As I mentioned in my reply, I am online almost 24/7 anyway so that "criteria" loses all of its value. 4.1 Heres all the ignored points on my reply to you. 5. 5.1 You claim that I did not have the items on my character at the time of when your seller was providing the proof for you. - I can assure you, any day/hour/minute/second you would have checked all of my characters, you would have found the items on either Table4Two or Orja. 5.2 You claim that it would be very unlikely for someone to forge to a post on rwt site to frame me. - I agree its very unlikely, but you never deny the fact that someone could actually do that in the future or if someone has already done that in the past. This further weakens the basis for my ban. 6 - You seem obsessed with the fact that he/she is from Finland and as I mentioned in my reply, there are hundreds of Finnish players. - How am I supposed to defend myself when I have no clue of what you're talking about. I keep telling you that I am not the seller and disproving every claim you make but you're still not "convinced". So in conclusion you say I am banned for: - Being from Finland - Owning those two items - Being online - Not having them on my account when you were talking to the seller (If you had done proper investigation you would have found them on my fm mule Orja or Table4Two or in storage on either character) Does this sound like an reasonable ban to anyone? Is this how loosely you investigate and ban people? Leaving them in an helpless state where they have to prove against something they have not done and when they try to prove you otherwise you just ignore what ever they say and continue to be arrogant with your replies and say you're not "convinced"? I have to wait for your reply almost always 5-8 days, why is that? I shouldn't be banned with all this "proof" you have, its irrelevant and insufficient. Literally every point you have made doesn't justify a ban for me, nothing in your evidence points at me, only your fingers. Looking forward to your next 10 word reply.
You haven't brought anything new to look at in your most recent reply, you're basically summing up the points of the circumstantial evidence that we banned you for and provided to you and say that you don't agree with them as there is a possibility of being framed / them not being true. While we may not have direct transfer / drop logs of your specific items the very nature of circumstantial evidence is a collective amount of facts and details that support a certain verdict. - how many players with an internet connection from Finland own a perfectly scrolled Dragon Shiner bow and Dragon Purple Sleeve that also happened to be online at the time of sellers' provided screenshot evidence however doesn't have the items on them at that very moment? It all leads us to you. We do acknowledge we can be wrong so we do give every banned player a platform to appeal their ban as they believe they are wrongfully banned however stating that it wasn't you because there are hundreds of players from Finland or that you could potentially have been framed in the unlikely event that someone with those identical items to you has set this up masterfully hasn't convinced us that we made a mistake. If you want us to look into what people have been linking you regarding someone selling sky skis and possibly being related to the thread on a rwt site we initially banned you for perhaps you could share that with us and explain in detail why you believe this is the person thats the perpetrator who just happens to have at least four shared similarities with you.
It was your responsibility to check all of my accounts for these items at the time before you banned me. The fact that you're referring to these logs makes me 100% sure you in fact only checked my Bowman for those items, thus you made a mistake and you're basing the whole ban on this. That's on you, and you should not punish me for that. Now this is the 3rd time I ask you, and I hope you do not ignore this now, what were the stats on the DPS & shiner, its still unclear to everybody whether DPS was 95/20 or something else. Please stop pointing to the bold part of your reply, think we have already established that any second/minute/hour/day you would have checked ALL of my accounts you would have found the items and we wouldn't be here now arguing about this. I am not arguing whether if someone has framed me or not, that's not what we're doing here. As I said before I just merely pointed out to you that seems like it would be possible for someone to do that. In this case it seems to be more like a coincidence mixed with hasty & incomplete investigation. I will PM the thread I was talking about and you do your investigation on that. I don't really know what you want me to explain in detail though. Its more like one similarity, you & I can't possibly know what's the real country of origin of your seller or if he actually had those items. So that only leaves the one last "similarity" of me being online at the time you talked to your seller, and once again I am online pretty much 24/7...
