I think only low lvl warriors (like lvl 30) can get down to something like 200mp though (cause there is the min mp formula and you can't get below it) At lvl 120 the min mp for warriors would be around 600 or so
Medals do look kinda clunky and big (especially the longer ones) but they're nice for showing off accomplishments, and after some time im sure we will get used to them *u*. Personally i like my wiseman medal, not alot of people have it, and its really short so it looks neat I also find it fun seeing other people with uncommon medals, and sometimes a medal can say something about how some people are and how they play the game
I really can't stand them. They really kill the simple clean look of early MS in my opinion. More clutter is never a good thing.
