Not Bug Orbis -> Mu Lung plane not affected by Fast Travel ticket

    Still had to pay 8000 mesos even while holding the fast travel ticket

    It's been like this for as long as I'm in the game. Mulung's "ship" is not a time based ship, you can go on it whenever you please, and its only 1 min, so it isn't that terrible that it isn't included in the fast travel [but ill agree that it's a bit weird]
