Is it normal for the freeze effect to apply at a certain percentage when using ACB? I consistently see monsters immediately thawing from frozen when I use ACB (e.g. Power Strike with Blizzard Charge to freeze, followed by ACB), and sometimes, at a low likelihood, a few monsters remain frozen. To test this further, I started my attack with ACB, and there would only be a few instances in which the monsters would freeze and stun. I understand the stun chance is 90%, but freeze is not a thing with ACB?
