Closed pet still stuck in cash inventory

    Problem: my black dragon pet is stuck inside cash shop inventory
    Details: Before i get pity 3.5k refund, I've spent 12,000nx in pet dragon, 17,000 nx in dragon marbles to grow it so i can evolve, THEN i bought evolution stone 3,500nx and got my black dragon but something happened and its stuck in the inventory. Could you please not say just refund 3500nx i spent more than that and thats the answer i got. I still have pet stuck, if its not possible to unstuck the pet please refund all i spent not just 3.5k nx...
