Hi. I haven't played royals for like 2-3 weeks cause of studying and just saw this new update with new pin and pic security and redownloaded the game. Upon entering with one of my 2 accounts , i had a PIN installed? Took me 5 minutes to guess my pic and by chance found it lol. Then i also had a PIC installed which again, i did not. Now i can't login into my account at all because i didnt put the pin and pic and cant find out what the pic is and i cannot reset it. On my other smaller acc everything was fine and it let me make a PIN and PIC code by myself. Please help me and if a GM is reading this, please contact me for resetting the PIN and PIC for my account. Thank you.
