Dr. Betty's Research on Plants questline. After grabbing 3 plant samples for the quest, any other plant samples i gather are not added into my inventory. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but these plant samples drop very rarely from the plants, but at the same time it could be bad luck.

That is pretty strange, sometimes players encounter a quest glitch. It usually happens immediately after starting a quest. Try forfeiting your quests. If it is still broken please open another thread.
