Oh I mean keep hitting it left. When it teleports, walk over to the left after it moves. You want to juggle it into the left pocket so you can use the wall to your advantage with the Castle Golem Power Knock back Shitty drawing: Triangle is Player Blue box is King Castle Hug corner left so when it uses the big push it'll just knock you into the wall behind you so you don't waste like 2-4 seconds walking back
Oh yeah, I do that with mages too, was just confused on having low avoid part (never did it with a shad or NL before)
I have the utmost respect for your advice concerning high-level marksman content, but the suggestion to max Critical Shot before adding a single point to any attacking skill or Eye of the Amazon is not one that people should follow. It is such a wild take that I have to respect the audacity of it, despite having tested it out and finding it to be terrible. The fact that this goofy ahh SP build order hasn't been called out is basically proof that nobody actually plays archers at this level range without leeching. The actual skill order is as follows: 1 arrow blow ->1 double shot -> 3 blessing of amazon -> max eye of the amazon -> max critical shot -> max double shot -> 9 focus Yes, you "save potions" by only using your regular attack, but another way of phrasing it is that you have no way to spend your MP productively and the regular attack is so bad that you deal about the same damage whacking enemies with your bow. You need Double Shot to stabilize your damage output and make up for the fact that half of your lines deal single-digit damage. I genuinely think that an archer with no arrow blow/double shot is on the same level of power as a woodsman oddjob, and the woodsman has the benefit of way higher minimum damage.
Honestly, I always do quests to level 30. The job quests, Floating Market, and NLC quiz will level you enough to max out critical shot before you really gotta start killing mobs regularly. I'd also like to point out: This guide, or any guide really, aren't strict paths you have to follow. Just a suggested build to help you with your character. If at any point you think the guide isn't working for you, or you want to deviate a lil and put a point in a skill earlier than what I have written, then that's 100% up to you and how you want to play. Apologies if my suggestions didn't work out for you, but they're what worked for me, hence why I have them in the guide.
Yes, even if the number shows other stuff, its 199,999. Be it 11 on coin mobs, 8888 on that lion from chinese new year, 1 on a mob with weapon cancel or 191k-196k it randomly hits, it's counted at 199,999 hp decrease on the mob.
