Hello Everyone, I'm wishing a good day I'm having a big problem with my main account I used to play Mapleroyals since a big while ago, however, I've started to work in a new company and I don't had much time to play anything. But today I tried to came back and play on my Main account where I have my ArchMage (Ice Lightning) called PesadeloO He's around lv 135 (I really don't remember exactly which is his Level now) But I noticed that maybe I was hacked, because I can't log-in on my account anymore. 1) once I tried to log-in it showed a message for me that my account was blocked due of too many invalid pin authentication tries. 2) so I came on MapleRoyals website and tried to log-in on my account here and it it told that my password was wrong Which is too weird because I have always used the same password. (Also, I have a secondary account where have the same password, and I logged -in normally on this secondary account without problem, Which made me think that my password was changed by someone) 3) I tried to recover my Password using my log-in and e-mail, however it seems that my e-mail was also changed because I haven't received any e-mail from Mapleroyals after trying to recover my password. I have print screens where I was playing with this ArchMage that I can prove the account is mine and also, I can inform some other information about this account that I think that only me (the owner of the account) could provide. Can you guys please help me on this ? Because I think I was hacked and I'm trying to recover this account now Thank you
