Quest at Temple of Time (The Sorcerer Who Sells Emotions)

Hello, I am doing this quest until i heal myself . I'm already following on this guide but it doesn't work. What should i do ?? (lvl.120)

 

Did you try dying again? Save the map before it with a telerock, die, then use the telerock to get back there (don't heal while doing that).

i guess forfeiting it is unavoidable at this point
