1. If you drop the Oxygen Tank there is no way to get another. You need to equip it in order to trigger a hidden quest. 2. If you forfeit Ericsson's Reward (which is a sub quest of The Chaos Behind Alfonse Green and the Nependeath Juice) the quest gets stuck.
