About the issue wether it should be statless or not, I think it would be fun If it gave tertiary stats, for example like: +3 Hands +7 Speed +5 Jump That way it would actually do something without making any "pro" think they need to do 800 quests now in order to be the most pro possible. @People worrying about their quests not being counted, I remember than in the versions that have Dalair, you usually had all the quests on the counter that you did before accepting his quest, it never started at 0. So I'm pretty sure that there must be a variable somewhere that stores the number of quests you did.
