Dear Staff, I would like to report a quest bug, that I hope you will maybe be able to fix in an upcoming patch. So actually it is possible to obtain Timers Egg now, which is great. But now I cannot obtain any worms while hunting in clock tower to feed that egg. Also when I double click the egg, the window wont open and it would not even be possible to feed it even if I was able to obtain worms. And I actually cannot drop it or restart the quest. Would be great if you guys could fix it or at least make the egg droppable so it can be forfeited for now and maybe restarted once you are able to fix that quest Thank you and Best regards and happy mapling!
Just tested it out, and completed the quest without any problems. The worms drop from the monsters, do you still have the quest in progress? For the window not opening, sometimes simply restarting the game can solve some client problems, I would also advise to trying this: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/how...-rush-monster-hp-and-level-clean-boot.106083/ I will leave your thread open as we haven't implemented the part where talking to Ghosthunter Bob lets you remove the Timer Egg in the case of you wanting to forfeit it completely.
Hi Andreas, Thank you for looking into this. I still have the quest in progress at the moment and will try out once more if the worms drop now as well as try that suggestion to open the window. Seems like those worms have a really low drop rate then cause I really tried to find some over a view hours. I actually got a few in the beginning of the quest but somehow the drops stopped during the quests. ... I will try out and report back to let you know. Thank you for your time! Best regards!
Now I don't remember it by heart, but I believe he says to hunt for them on monsters below where he is at. I will take a look at the drop rates/ what monsters drop them.
The drops you got from the start of the quest came from you opening eggs when you tried to obtain the timer egg. The rewards of both eggs when opened are: timer egg, the chicken cookie, or a worm. As for who drops it, i can confirm that it drops from: chronos, platoon chronos, master chronos, tick, tick-tock, buffy, and lazy buffy. I can confirm that the quest was working fine on update 60, as i have done the quest two weeks ago
Hey guys, thank you so it really drops - that is nice! However the problem with the window remains. I simply cannot open the egg to feed it worms ... I dont want to risk my computer by doing a clean boot so is there another way maybe? maybe making the egg droppable to be able to restart the quest could solve the problem? Edit: I can - for instance - open the current puzzle window of this years' event ... so I dont get it why I cannot open the worm window
Hey maple admins, just was wondering, is there another way to make the window opening correctly, despite having to clean boot? Actually this is the only buggy window, eg. event puzzle window works fine for me... Maybe you guys can make the egg droppable after next patch, so people (with this issue as me) are able to restart the quest? I understand that this problem is not very important , just thought that maybe if its not too much work you guys could help (me) out. thank you and best regards!
Interesting to hear that it's only with this particular quest you are having trouble with. Can you provide your character name? I will take a look when I get some time over and see if there might be any obvious issues on our side affecting your character. We will take a look and see if we can add the functionality so that you can forfeit the quest sooner.

So there appears to be a bug here, the quest related to the UI is missing for your character, which explains why you can't interact with it. There is nothing obvious as to why that happened, nothing with the quest itself seems wrong here. As I can't force start the quest on your character right now I will look into what we can do to fix Ghosthunter Bob sooner. If that proves troublesome we will likely fix your problem during a Server Check.
Could you explain what problem you are having with restarting the quest? The quest is one you can forfeit, far as I am seeing you should simply be able to forfeit it and accept it again to resolve your issue.
Hi Andreas, thank you for looking into that. So I actually can press the red forfeit button (apparently) after each server check one time. E.g. right now, I just logged in a few minutes ago. However nothing happens and the quest is still in my "in progress" window - grey forfeit-button now and nothing changed. I still cannot drop the egg. But however this time, when I jumped down the clock tower to try to restart the quest, it was actually possible for the first time - AND I can open the egg oOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DDDDDDDDDDDDD ))) So yeah I dont know what you did but it seemed to work. I will feed the egg as soon as I have time and report back to you. It might have helped as well that I recently reinstalled maple completely? I dont know but thank you so much for your time.
