Quests still shown as active after forfeiting

I just tried to remove two active quests from the xmas event, however they still show up as active, now with the option to forfeit them removed. I tried reclienting to see if that would do anything, but they still show up.

Same issue. Not sure how to get rid of the quest. I dropped the sacked of presents, and based on these screenshots, it's bricked. Any ideas? Would posting this in character issues help? "Delivering Santa's Presents". I've forfeited it before, but it just returns to the state in screenshot 1.

 

We may have to wait for the drop quest until next year. was really hoping to clear out all (possible) available and in progress quests just about now.
