Rant on the topic of adding Aran to the ranks of Royals (And why it would be a good change)

I think they should add the Cygnus Knights, Aran is way too powerful and I remember playing as one a lot when he was released, so I don't think he would fit. I know they probably won't release any new classes, but I think they should change that decision as it might be a good idea in the future.

Look at the character creation menu in the new source, it even has a section to "pick a class" but only explorer is selectable because it's the only thing available. There is also that new party search feature that lets you search for specific classes/lvl range of people in the same map, it lets you pick Aran and all of the Cygnus Knight classes to search for even though they aren't available.
Even music from Ereve is used in the free market right now, it's just a whole bunch of teasing for what is said to never be added to this server. I don't see why the decision is to never add any new classes, ever.

 

Let me clarify something @UltimateZ.
With the new source we upgraded to a v83 based client with the understanding and the clear discussion we would never use the v83 classes.
It's been said over and over we will never bring v83 classes to MapleRoyals.
The Party Search, the "pick a class" is all things that came with the v83 client upgrade. The Ereve music in the FM is because I personally chose to make use of the things we have inside the files that will not be used otherwise. Which is why the Anniversary JQ part 2 uses Ereve tiles and objects (trees), and the FM uses Ereve music. I will likely use Rien objects when I go to make the christmas free market as well - because we have these things in the files. It does not mean these classes are coming.

 

It woould be cool though if you could make an UA via some means, like after you reach 200 perhaps?
